agrobrands.in is operated by Agro Brands Private Limited, an Indian food and beverage company. The site exists to present our brands, product ranges and export capability, and to receive trade enquiries. It is not a shop and no order can be placed through it.

Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a sale, a reservation of stock, or any binding obligation on either side. A transaction exists only once a proforma invoice or written contract is issued by us and accepted by you.

• Product descriptions, grades, packaging options, crop years and lead times on this site are indicative and vary by season, origin and lot.
• Binding specifications are those written into the proforma invoice, contract or agreed pre-shipment inspection report.
• Prices are not published on this site. Any figure quoted in correspondence is valid only for the period stated in that quote and is subject to commodity, freight and currency movement.
• Photographs are representative of the product category and are not a warranty of a particular lot's appearance.

Where the site shows a registration or certification as applied for or in process, that status is stated as such and should be read literally. We will confirm current documentation in writing on request before any shipment.

• Do not use the site to send spam, fraudulent enquiries or unlawful content.

The Agro Brands name and logotype, the brand names Khidmat, Sundarbans and Polar, all text, photography, illustration and page design on this site belong to Agro Brands Private Limited. You may quote or link to the site with attribution. You may not reproduce the branding or the artwork commercially without our written consent.

The site may link to external services and directories. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

The site is provided as is. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that every specification, availability note or lead time is current at the moment you read it. To the extent permitted by law, Agro Brands Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on website content, as distinct from obligations set out in a signed contract or accepted proforma invoice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website. Commercial disputes arising from a specific shipment are governed by the dispute clause in the relevant contract.
